These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kute platform (“Platform”). By accessing or using Kute, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Users must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

All details entered into the Kute platform/system shall be the sole property of Kute and shall be used in accordance with our policies.

For the purpose of advertising and providing services, Kute may use user details in accordance with its applicable policies.

Users agree to use the platform lawfully and must not engage in fraud, illegal activities, abuse, or misuse of Kute’s services.

Sellers must provide accurate, complete, and non-misleading descriptions of their products and services.

Kute reserves the right to review, restrict, or remove listings that are misleading, prohibited, fraudulent, or otherwise violate these Terms.

Kute may offer escrow services where payments are held until a transaction is completed.

Funds may be released upon buyer confirmation, in accordance with Kute’s applicable platform policy, or as otherwise agreed between the seller and Kute.

Kute may charge listing fees, commissions, transaction fees, service fees, or other applicable charges.

Applicable fees will be disclosed to users before they become payable where reasonably practicable.

Users must not upload, publish, transmit, or distribute harmful, false, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal content.

Violations of these Terms may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of the user’s account.

All content on Kute, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, text, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Kute.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without appropriate authorization.

Kute acts as an intermediary marketplace platform and is not responsible for disputes between users, product defects, service failures, or losses arising from transactions, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Kute reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm the platform, its users, or third parties.

Kute may assist users in resolving disputes arising from transactions conducted through the platform.

Unless otherwise stated by Kute or required by law, final responsibility for resolving disputes between buyers and sellers remains with the parties involved.

User information and personal data will be handled in accordance with Kute’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Kute may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Where appropriate, users may be notified of material changes.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
